Join Our Community Cultivator Team!

Foundery & Creative Blueprint are opening up applications in search of passionate people who would LOVE to contribute to our coworking community!

We are home to an incredible, creative, independent, and innovative diverse group of awesome people! Freelancers, start-ups, non-profit organizations, artists, and small businesses share our coworking space and artist studios. Everyone here is working on something unique, something awesome!

It’s the most inspiring environment you could want to be in if you’re currently working for yourself or if you’re starting something new.

WHY YOU SHOULD DO THIS

  • You’re working from home or a café, and you need to get out…
  • You could use a workspace that helps you focus and create
  • You need a bit more structure or routine in your life
  • You’d love to connect with an amazing community, meet new people, and help us make a meaningful impact
  • You’d appreciate having access to studio space, blazing fast internet, meeting rooms, printing, an art gallery, and other fabulous amenities

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Our Community Cultivator team is just that… cultivators of our community. We work as a team to take care of the space: Watering the plants, introducing new members to our clan, replacing a light bulb, distributing mail. Small simple things, but each of them is critical in making this community thrive.

Our team also gives tours to prospective new members. We’re not looking for hardcore sales people here; we’re just looking for people who are genuine and welcoming.

You’ll also be invited to start or participate in any kind of fun, creative community projects we may imagine together.
